"The Exorcist " is plenty spooky stuff, as anyone who has read the book by William Peter Blatty or seen the 1973 William Friedkin film knows (that's the one where Linda Blair's head spins around, in case you forgot -- as unlikely as that is). But no one looked at all scared on Wednesday night at an afterparty celebrating the opening night performance of the new stage version, directed by John Doyle at L.A.'s Geffen Playhouse.
